Cupcake: Oh so Couture!

If you haven't noticed, cupcakes are in and peaking.  The craze has peaked (please agree).  Cupcakes took everyone by storm.  You can't read any media without stumbling upon the new found art.  They have taken the cake from the cake. Pun intended.

Cupcake bakeries are the new busting storefronts even in this economy.  They are cuter than cakes and can be eaten daily without an excuse to buy one.  They are gorgeous and so much can be done with them including a hybrid cupcake cake.  As I was surfing for ideas for Baby Boy's birthday, I was overwhelmed and now I have so many more questions.  Do I want a cupcake tier, a cupcake themed cake, cupcakes with themed picks, a cupcake with a small round cake topper?  I don't know, but they sure are beautiful.
